We are cash flow planners and insurance
providers located in West Texas. As the owner, I started
this career later in life, and I am involved in it because I am
passionate about helping people achieve financial
security. At the same time, I need to support a family
and pay bills like most people on the planet. I wanted to
offer good products and be compensated well for my work.
I also wanted to build an agency as I knew this could increase
my earnings potential.

before fully committing ourselves to this path, and
chose ABS for several different reasons. First,
all agents receive the same compensation for personal
production and it is higher than the other
opportunities we visited. So if an agent just
wants to join and never build an agency, he will
receive better compensation than he can through many
IMO's or GA's. I found that if you are interested
in building an agency, ABS has many online tools in
place that others did not have. I also found the
founder to be extremely fair and honest in the
administration of the company. I feel that my
involvement with the company is extremely supportive of
my business goals.
